Yes! Brussels is notorious when it comes to finding available parking but we got you covered. Any group booking of 6 people or more comes with a free parking spot in a secured garage 2 minutes away!

If your group is traveling with more than one car, additional parking spots are only €20/spot/night!

The regular check-in starts at 3 pm local time. We might be able to offer early check-in, starting at 12 pm, for an additional fee (€50 for groups).

The regular check-out ends at 11 am local time. We might be able to offer late check-out, for an additional fee (€50/hour for groups). 

We always try to be as flexible as we can for our guests. If possible, please let us know when you book if you require early check-in or late check-out.

We also offer limited storage facilities at no charge that you can utilize to make your check-in and check-out a breeze!

At 12 pm on the day of your reservation, you will receive an automatic message with all the necessary information to check-in.

All our guests will receive a unique door code to access the building, as well as instructions to open the lockboxes and obtain the keys.

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow up to two pets per property for a fee of €100/pet to cover incidentals and additional cleaning.

In order to avoid any processing fees and keep our prices as low as possible for our guests, we do not accept credit cards. We accept bank transfers and Paypal. For on-site payments, we also accept cash.

In general, the minimum stay during the weekend is 2 nights (Thursday to Saturday, Friday to Sunday, or Saturday to Monday).

Longer minimum stay may apply during major holidays such as New Year's Eve or major local events such as Tomorrowland.

The average age of your group must be above 25 years old. Exceptions can be made for school trips where there is at least one responsible adult teacher present for every 10 students.

A receipt can be provided at the end of your stay. Please contact us for more information!

With a reasonable amount of supervision, our properties should be suitable for children and infants. We offer amenities such as high chairs, baby beds, and toys for children. However, the properties are not “child-proof” and therefore guests should pay attention to potential hazards such as stairs, the jacuzzi, or windows. If you have any specific concerns before booking, please make sure to include your concerns in the comments section when you send us a commitment-free inquiry here.

We want our guests to have a great time. A fun night together is not only allowed but encouraged! However, we also love and respect our neighbors. Without their support and understanding, we will not be able to operate our business. After midnight, we ask our guests to turn off any loud music, close all windows and doors, avoid making loud noises when on the terrace, and limit the noises indoors to 85 dB, which is the level of a loud vacuum cleaner or a lively bar.

In most cases, our guests naturally want to move their evening to a bar or a club after midnight. We encourage you to enjoy yourselves inside the property during the evening and then go out to the city around midnight to experience Brussels’ lively nightlife :)!

Cleanliness is very important to us, but cleaning can be a hassle when you're looking to have fun. As such, Comenstay provides complimentary cleaning services on departure for all of our guests, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about it!

Upon request, mid-stay cleaning services and bedding change can be arranged for a small additional fee of €50 to €100.

We offer a few different booking options. For example, in most cases, booking The Backhouse implies exclusive access to the game room, terrace, sauna, and jacuzzi. For this option, a typical weekend starts from €90/person/night for a group of 10 people. 

Other options and combinations are available and we would be glad to discuss a special offer for you upon request!

In order to comply with regulations and insurance policies, the maximum number of people allowed is the number of people agreed upon in your reservation contract. Unauthorized guests and unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited for all our guests and all our reservations!

You may, however, have a maximum of 4 visitors at one time between 8 am and 11 pm. Otherwise, they may be considered unauthorized guests and your security deposit might be negatively affected.

Convenient stores, supermarkets, and nice restaurants are all just minutes away from all of our locations. There is no trade-off between exclusivity and accessibility!

We try to meet and greet all our guests upon their arrival to guarantee the best level of service and personal attention. However, contactless check-in is possible. You will receive detailed check-in instructions on the day of your arrival.

Additionally, in order to eliminate stress, you will always receive two copies of any badges and keys so you can come and go separately!
