Staying at MAGRITTE means giving up the crammed, 20m² identical hotel rooms that are nothing more than a place to sleep. Instead, you and your group will share a 330m² villa with unique and exclusive facilities designed for maximum fun and memorable moments.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there is space for everybody – you just need to figure out who stays in the luxury loft and who gets to crash on the comfy sofa beds in the private 75m² game room with billiard, arcade, and two vintage pinball machines! In the end, it doesn’t really matter anyway, as everyone will be exhausted after relaxing in the 6-people Finnish Sauna or the king-size Jacuzzi.

The next day, you can skip your brunch reservation and instead take full advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen and BBQ in our covered 30 m² garden + covered terrace.

The temptation is to stay inside MAGRITTE and enjoy our amazing amenities, but it is not an excuse to miss the incredible nightlife and beer culture Brussels has to offer! If you are coming by train (for example, Eurostar, Thalys, etc.), by bus, or by plane via Charleroi airport, you will likely reach Brussels at Gare du Midi. This transportation hub, the principal train station of Brussels, is only 3 minutes by foot from Magritte! Take a short walk and you can either hop on the metro to reach all areas of Brussels or board a short train journey to Paris, Ghent, or even London!

If you prefer to explore by foot, visit the Manneken Pis statue or go treasure hunting at the flea market in Place de Jeux de Balle, both just 15 minutes away. There is also no excuse to miss the Belgian nightlife and incredible beer culture because Magritte is a 7-minute walk from the world-famous Cantillon Brewery! 10 minutes further, you will reach Parvis Saint Gilles and Saint Gery, with lots of cool bars and dining options.

Went to Brussels/Gent for my best friends stag do. Needed an accommodation that could potentially fit 22 people. Comenstay was the only place that could accommodate that.After a bit of worry if the place actually existed, Albert was great with communication and also did a video tour of the apartment.When we arrived the accommodation was easy to find as it was only a 8 minute walk from the train station. Although not in the centre of Brussels, it was really close to all the activities that we wanted to do.With a variety of different ages the accommodation provided everything we needed with the added bonus of a pool table, air hockey table, table football, Nintendo machine and 2 pinball machines.The downstairs bedrooms were ideal for housing a large majority of the stag do party and the rest of the floors were fantastic, especially up stairs in the loft.Would definitely stay again if we were going to Brussels in a big group and Albert was great. Always being on hand to sort out any issues.Couple of things that need to be looked at are cue tips for the pool table cues and a much easier way to pay from a UK account. Honestly, they are completely minor things as we all had a great time.Thank you Albert and thank you Comenstay

Albert was extremely accommodating from start to finish. We arrived early and were allowed to check in slightly early also. The space is perfect for large groups and was very comfortable with our group of 11. There are multiple tvs and sofas all around the house with two kitchen facilities. The sauna and jacuzzi were great along with the games room. Would definitely recommend the house for large groups!

Wonderful apartment! Many beds and rooms. Provided with many appliances, utensils, plates for cooking. Many board games. 2 washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend to others if they have a chance to visit Brussels again. :))

Un grand merci à Albert qui a été un hôte chaleureux, attentif, à l'écoute et très disponible tout au long de notre séjour.Nous avions privatisé les lieux pour les 30 ans de mon conjoint et avons été plus que satisfaits.La maison était totalement conforme aux photos et même au delà de nos attentes.Nos invités, et nous même avons été séduits par les volumes, la décorations et les prestations raffinées de la maison.Tout est pensé pour que nous passions un un moment agréable sans se soucier de quoi que ce soit.Je ne saurais que recommander cette expérience les yeux fermés !

I am interested. What is the typical price per night?

The price depends on the specifics of your trip - such as the dates and the property you want. This is why it is a good idea to send us a commitment-free inquiry so we can contact you directly. However, you can expect it to be around 60-80 euros per person per night during the weekend, making it comparable to, if not cheaper than, the price of staying in hotel rooms (in which case, you would miss out on the cool privatized amenities for your group!).

Why Comenstay and not the standard hotel rooms?

Simple. Our guests want to escape the routine and actually stay together. Here, at Comenstay, our goal is to provide an attractive and price-competitive alternative to staying in standard hotel rooms for larger groups. Instead of staying in 4-6 identical small hotel rooms and having no communal space reserved just for your group, why not hang out in our game room until late at night or have an intimate brunch together on the terrace, and be TOGETHER ALONE?

Booking directly seems risky. Why shouldn’t I book on the major platforms?

Independent reviews are important to build trust so you know 100% that you will have a good trip with your group. We at Comenstay believe that all our direct booking should start with a personal phone call, so that we can understand your needs better and answer all the questions you might have regarding the booking process and the contract that we will sign to make everything official. A contract? That sounds complicated. Will there be a deposit?

It’s not complicated at all! Once you are ready to book, all we need from you is a copy of your ID and we will take care of the rest! We will send you a contract to make everything official and to help give you the confidence YOU NEED. After that, all you need to do is pay the 50% deposit to block the dates (for a booking 3+ months in advance, only 25% is needed at first).
